This Order Form is for Holiday SPECIALS ONLY!!!
All orders for Holiday SPECIALS are Paid to order. Full payment is required to reserve a pick-up/delivery date. Orders for these SPECIALS are non-refundable.
A processing fee of 3% will need to be added to the cost for ALL credit / debit card transactions. This fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. (Example: Order total is $250. the total to be charged would be $257.50. That's $259 plus $7.50 processing). This fee needs to be added per transaction.

All Sales, during the Holiday SPECIALS sale are FINAL. Payment, in FULL, is required for ALL Holiday SPECIALS orders in order to allow for prompt and correct processing of each order. All pricing on these orders includes tax.
